Quality management

Customer satisfaction based on trust and long-term cooperation is our priority.

We are continuously trying to improve the quality of our products and services, which would not be possible without placing heavy demands on management, coordination, and improvement of company processes. To support our effort in our company, we have implemented the following systems:

Quality management system
In 2002, we were certified in accordance with the standard ISO 9001 : 2000, which has enriched our company with a process approach with the emphasis on permanent improvement of customer satisfaction. The system is being continuously maintained and optimized. The recertification in accordance with the updated standard ISO 9001 : 2008 was carried out in 2008.



Environmental management system
As we care about the impact of our business on the environment and health of our fellow citizens, in 2014, our company was certified in accordance with the environmental standard ISO 14001.



Occupational health and safety management system
We also make sure that our employees adhere to principles of occupational health and safety at work. The principles have an important humane aspect presenting the cultural and social level of the organization. The implementation of ISO 18001 in 2014 is intended to solve the issues related to the occupational health and safety and to the creation of favourable working conditions.



Information security management system
We put a great emphasis on the analysis and management of the risks related to the loss, damage, theft or misuse of data and information, either in electronic or printed form, as well as to the information which our employees dispose of. In order to avoid such risks, we were certified according to ISO 27001 in 2014.



Service management system in information technologies
It is our goal to be a reliable partner in information systems and IT structure support and service. The certification according to the Standard ISO 20000-1: “Information technology – Service management – Part 1: Service management system requirements” is a proof that the processes in this area are set up correctly at our company.



Certificate of Entrepreneur Industrial Security for the level “Secret”
Due to the necessity of being acquainted with classified facts as well as creating them, the system of measures was implemented in our organization in 2008, which is why the Slovak National Security Authority awarded us with the Certificate of Entrepreneur Industrial Security for the classification level “Secret”.
